The Ohaus MB62 is a moisture analyzer with a 90 gram capacity and 0.001 gram readability. Its wide 5 inch LCD display and rotary knob control provide a simple and easy to learn operation. The carbon fiber heating element delivers stable and fast drying performance. Unlike higher tier models with touchscreens its physical knob control offers a durability advantage in dusty or humid production environments.
The Ohaus MB62 is a thermogravimetric device that calculates moisture content from the weight difference before and after drying. It offers four drying profiles including standard fast ramp and step allowing a test scenario suited to the sample structure. Seven different shut off criteria let the user determine the balance between test duration and precision. The multi color status light and indication curve inform the user of the test stage at any moment. The PBT housing material and die cast aluminum base provide mechanical durability while the metal pan support and in use cover add practicality for daily laboratory and production line use.
