Pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, we provide the following information before you place an order on our website.

Our website is an e-commerce site registered with ETBİS (Electronic Commerce Information System).

2. Essential characteristics of the product and service

The subject of the order is new (zero) scales and weighing devices, refurbished (pre-owned) products, accessories and related services added to the cart on the site. Brand, model, technical specifications and visuals are shown on the relevant product page.

3. Total price

The product price, VAT, any shipping / delivery fee and other charges are shown separately in the order summary and payment step. The final total appears on screen before you confirm the order.

4. Payment method and delivery

The following payment methods may be used for orders placed through our website:

• Bank transfer / EFT: Payment of the total amount to the bank account details provided after the order is completed. The order is processed and shipment is planned after payment is confirmed.
• Cash on delivery: Payment in cash or by credit / debit card upon delivery. Availability depends on the selected delivery address and carrier terms.

Online card payment (virtual POS) will be announced on the site when the infrastructure is ready. Until then, card details are not collected on our website; for cash-on-delivery card payments, the transaction is processed at delivery by the courier / delivery agent or an authorised POS terminal.

Delivery time varies by stock, technical preparation and shipping plan; it is stated during checkout or in the order confirmation. The product is sent to the delivery address provided by the buyer or to an agreed collection point.

5. Right of withdrawal

If the buyer is a consumer, they may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. Withdrawal may be notified to merhaba@terazibul.com. 6. Complaints and disputes

For consumer disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent within the statutory monetary limits.

7. Acknowledgement

Before completing an order, this Pre-Information Form, the Distance Sales Agreement and the Sales & Delivery Terms must be read and accepted.
