2. Sales model

Online orders are accepted through the Terazibul website cart and checkout. Prices shown on product pages and in the order summary reflect the applicable selling price at the time of order.

A sale is completed when the order is placed on the website and the amount is collected according to the selected payment method, or when cash-on-delivery is chosen. Quotation-based sales via phone, WhatsApp, e-mail or forms are also subject to a separate written approval process. Sales may be made to both consumers and commercial customers.

Our website is an e-commerce site registered with ETBİS.

3. Order process

• The buyer adds products to the cart and completes checkout.
• Delivery details and payment method are selected.
• The total amount (product, VAT, shipping, etc.) is shown in the order summary.
• If bank transfer / EFT is selected, bank details are shared; shipment is planned after payment confirmation.
• If cash on delivery is selected, the order is confirmed and payment is collected at delivery.

4. Payment

The following payment methods may be used for orders placed through our website:

• Bank transfer / EFT: Payment of the total amount to the bank account details provided after the order is completed. The order is processed and shipment is planned after payment is confirmed.
• Cash on delivery: Payment in cash or by credit / debit card upon delivery. Availability depends on the selected delivery address and carrier terms.

Online card payment (virtual POS) will be announced on the site when the infrastructure is ready. Until then, card details are not collected on our website; for cash-on-delivery card payments, the transaction is processed at delivery by the courier / delivery agent or an authorised POS terminal.

5. Delivery

Delivery time varies by stock and technical preparation and is stated in the quotation or checkout. The shipping method is agreed between the parties. Shipping damage must be documented with the carrier’s delivery report.

6. Product types

• New products: 2-year warranty (unless otherwise stated in writing).
• Refurbished (pre-owned) products: Offered after technical inspection. Cosmetic wear may be present. 12-month warranty.
• Software: Licence and support terms are stated in the quotation.
• Service: Duration depends on device condition. 6-month warranty on labour and replaced parts.

7. Returns and withdrawal

For consumer distance sales, the 14-day right of withdrawal and seller-paid return shipping are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement and Warranty & Returns pages.

For commercial sales, return terms are agreed at quotation stage. Statutory rights for defective goods remain reserved.

8. Competent authority

For consumer disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts; for disputes between merchants, Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices are competent.
