Warranty & Returns

This page explains warranty and return / withdrawal rules for new products, refurbished (pre-owned) products, technical service and software sales. Orders placed through the website may be paid by bank transfer / EFT or cash on delivery. A. New product warranty

Warranty period: Unless otherwise stated in writing, new products carry a 2-year technical warranty starting from the invoice date.

Coverage: Material and workmanship defects attributable to the manufacturer / importer or seller. User error, impact, liquid contact, wrong adapter / electricity, unauthorised intervention and broken seals / security labels are excluded.

For batteries and similar consumables the period may be shorter by product. The period stated in the quotation or invoice annex applies.

Statutory optional rights of consumers under Law No. 6502 for defective goods remain reserved.

B. Refurbished (pre-owned) product warranty

Warranty period: Unless otherwise stated in writing, refurbished electronic scales carry a 12-month Terazibul technical service warranty starting from the invoice date.

Products are not new. Functions are offered after testing. Cosmetic wear from prior use may be present. Images and condition information are shared before purchase.

Batteries and similar consumables have a 30-day warranty. User-caused damage is excluded.

Refunds or exchanges are assessed when a technical inspection confirms the fault is attributable to our company. For returns, the product must be sent complete with invoice and accessories.

C. Service warranty

Warranty period: Service work is covered for 6 months for labour and replaced parts stated on the service form and intervened by us. The period starts from the handover date.

Removal of the security label, liquid contact, wrong adapter, electrical damage, physical impact and breakage void the service warranty.

Service alone does not create an unconditional product exchange or refund right. Refunds are assessed only if a repair error attributable to our company is confirmed.

The sender is responsible for shipping damage of devices sent for service. Proper packaging is the customer’s duty.

D. Software

Software licences are subject to support / update terms stated in the quotation. Licence breach, unauthorised copying or third-party intervention is outside warranty / support.

E. Consumer withdrawal and return shipping

For distance sales to consumers, subject to legal exceptions, there is a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery.

Return shipping under withdrawal is paid by Terazibul. Return requests should be sent to merhaba@terazibul.com; the product must be returned with original contents and accessories in a condition that does not prevent resale.

The 14-day statutory withdrawal does not apply to merchant / commercial purchases. Return terms are set in the quotation.

F. Delivery check

If there is damage at courier delivery, a report must be drawn up. Missing parts must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
