The Ohaus SJX1500M is a commercial weighing device designed for jewellery and precious metal trading, featuring internal automatic calibration and M approval within the Scout SJX family. The device's superior overload protection system consists of a durable ABS housing and stainless steel weighing pan, allowing it to safely withstand loads up to 10 times its capacity. Adjustable leveling feet with an illuminated level indicator help position the device correctly on any surface. Its high contrast backlit LCD display clearly shows weighing and application data even in poor lighting conditions. Support for eight different weighing units including carat, grain, gram, kilogram, ounce, troy ounce, pennyweight and pound adapts to different sector specific needs.
