The Axis FSA2 is a precision torque tester with a 2Nm capacity and 0.001Nm readability. Designed for cap opening torque measurement, the device precisely records even brief torque fluctuations thanks to a measurement speed of up to 1000 samples per second. Its wide range universal clamp construction allows measurement of different jars and bottles between 20 and 180 mm in diameter. Unlike many other torque testers it can measure torque in both the opening and closing directions.

The Axis FSA2 is a torque testing device that measures the maximum force required to open jars, bottles and similar capped packaging. The measurement processor records the torque value generated while the cap is opened, offering peak value, time course and graphical display. The wide and sturdy clamp has an expandable construction that can be adapted to different measurement systems. The microSD card slot allows measurement results to be stored on the device and later transferred to a computer. The device can operate on 230V mains power or 4 AA batteries, allowing it to be used in the field as well.
